Ministry Overview
Desert Hills Young Adults Ministry exists to glorify Christ through making faithful disciples of Jesus. We seek to accomplish this by preaching the Word of God, offering ways to serve the church as a whole, creating intentional opportunities for fellowship and discipleship. The goal is to see Young Adults saved and Young Adults sanctified. We desire to help our Young Adults (ages 18-29) grow in their following of Jesus Christ and to see them be continually marked by love and obedience to Him.because I’m in the YA team) and
Tuesday Night Fellowships
Every Tuesday Night we meet at 7:00pm to 8:30pm in the youth room throughout the semester. We enjoy a time of fellowship, then singing, followed by the preaching of God’s Word. These nights are a sweet time to gather together to be encouraged and challenged by God’s word and by fellow young adults.
Special Events
Special Events take place at various times throughout the year. Volleyball Cookouts, game nights, Trivia Night, Ultimate Frisbee , and sharing a meal together are examples of the kinds of special events we plan throughout the year. For details on upcoming events, check the church calendar.
