We first started these worship nights in 2020 during COVID-19 to give people another opportunity to forget about the chaos around them by dedicating intentional time to praise the Lord who was (and is) providentially working all things for good. The writer of Hebrews tells us, “not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.” When the trials of life seem overwhelming, when Satan’s forces appear to be encircling, and when the flesh succumbs to temptations, we are encouraged – no, we are COMMANDED, to partake in more worship and fellowship with the body of Christ.
While COVID-19 is a thing of the past, we are still faced with the presence of evil, trials, and temptations all around us. This is why, regardless of what is happening in the world at any moment, we should seize every privilege to assemble together ALL THE MORE to worship our Lord, our Savior, and our King. We hope you will join us for future worship nights as we do just that with our congregation and other believers from around the Valley. Come early and stay later for more fellowship – see you there!
